Refund and Return Policy

Because our products are sealed, consumable dietary supplements, and for reasons of hygiene and safety, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items once they have been delivered, opened or used, unless the item is defective, damaged, expired or incorrect.
Eligible for replacement or refund
you may raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a product that is damaged or leaking in transit, the wrong item, already expired or with insufficient shelf life, or sealed but defective. Email team@visualory.com with your order number and clear photos of the product, batch and expiry details and the outer packaging.
Not eligible
opened, partially used or consumed products (except where defective), products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery, and change of mind requests once an order has shipped.
Process and timelines
approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are processed to the original payment method for prepaid orders within 7 to 10 business days of approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.
Order cancellation
you may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting team@visualory.com. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
