Shipping and Delivery Policy

We currently ship across India through reputed courier partners, with international shipping coming soon. Serviceable PIN codes are shown at checkout. If we are unable to deliver to your location, your order will be cancelled and any prepaid amount refunded.
Payment options
we accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery where available.
Processing and dispatch
orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery timelines (estimates)
standard delivery 4 to 7 business days, express delivery 2 to 3 business days. Remote areas may take longer. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
Shipping charges
free standard shipping on orders over ₹10,000, otherwise standard shipping is a flat ₹99. Express delivery is ₹250. Cash on Delivery is available with a ₹50 handling fee. All charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on the phone number and email provided at checkout.
Damaged parcels
if the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged on arrival, please refuse delivery or record it and notify us within 48 hours at team@visualory.com.
